After installation and commissioning, the new machine has officially entered operation in the company's whole-house customization workshop. According to the company's production manager, the Youhe S900 is specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-end handle-free applications. Its double-coating molding technology completes the edge treatment in two stages. The first coating is used to fill and smooth irregular areas inside the handle groove, while the second coating provides a coordinated finishing layer for a more uniform surface. As a result, the completed handle groove feels smooth and refined, approaching the appearance and touch of traditional mixed-oil finishing. This process also helps minimize common defects such as rough textures, particles, and burrs.
Another advantage of the S900 is its conveyor belt conveying structure. Compared with conventional processing methods, this structure helps reduce the risk of indentation when working with different panel materials. It can be used for materials including PET panels, soft-touch boards, wood veneer, and particleboard, providing greater flexibility for customized furniture production.
The machine is also equipped with a 32-inch intelligent industrial control display. Operators can switch between different handle-free profiles, including C-shaped, semi-through, and full-through designs, with a simple one-click operation. There is no need for complicated machine adjustments or prolonged downtime when changing styles. This allows the workshop to respond more efficiently to orders involving different designs and supports more flexible production scheduling.
In terms of processing configuration, the Youhe S900 integrates servo milling, servo contour edge scraping, dual glue pots, and multiple pressing units. It can process common board thicknesses of 18 mm, 22 mm, and 25 mm with stable performance. Through integrated processing and one-time molding, the system can reduce the amount of manual sanding, trimming, and repair required after edge banding. This not only improves production consistency but also helps reduce labor input and material waste caused by defective panels.
The equipment upgrade has also created benefits beyond the manufacturing process. At the product level, improved handle-free edge banding provides better sealing performance, helping enhance moisture resistance and reduce the risk of edge separation. More consistent processing quality can also lower the possibility of quality-related after-sales service.
From a production perspective, the streamlined workflow and faster switching between handle-free profiles make it easier for the workshop to organize different orders. Improved processing efficiency can help shorten production and delivery cycles, particularly when handling customized orders with multiple styles and specifications.
From a business perspective, the upgraded production capability allows Zhejia Home Furnishings to take on a broader range of high-end projects independently. Orders involving villas, large apartments, and premium handle-free whole-house customization can now be handled with less reliance on external processing.
